Hi, thanks for dropping by, my name is Nick Adams-King.

I live in rural Hampshire in the UK with my husband James, a 'busy and very important' doctor, and our two children.  

 I've been extremely lucky to do some very cool things in my life.  I've had a successful business career, including working with many famous people in the entertainment industry.  

I’ve been involved in politics for many years. I’m the Test Valley Councillor for Blackwater ward, covering the villages north west of Romsey, and am Deputy Leader of the Council. I even missed out on a seat in Parliament by just 270 votes.

I have an interest in healthcare as a Non Executive working with the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Partnership of CCGs, with a particular focus on North and Mid Hampshire.

I’m also the Chair of an Adoption Panel, approving people as adopters and then scrutinisng and approving their matches with children needing new families for BCP and Dorset Councils.

But nothing has been as amazing and fascinating as adopting our children and building our unconventional (and rather dotty) family.
